What will your cleaners clean in my house?

Our cleaning service includes the dusting of baseboards, pictures, lampshades, knick-knacks, window sills, furniture, light fixtures and vacuuming throughout. Walls are spot cleaned, cupboard fronts and floors are washed and the kitchen and bathrooms are sanitized. Special requests such as oven and hob cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning may be arranged for an extra fee. We are here to assist you – please contact us to discuss your individual needs.

What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?

Don’t worry, we don’t work during holidays unless you specifically ask.

What if I have vacation plans and do not want to have my home cleaned while I am away?

If you have vacation plans and need a temporary cancellation, please call to make arrangements.

Do I have to sign a contract?

You are under no contractual obligation as payment is made at each visit. We would prefer to earn your continued support based on our ability to meet your needs rather than based on a contractual relationship.

Who will clean my home?

Your home will be cleaned by a team of one or two fully trained and insured cleaners.

Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?

We would ask that you take a few minutes the night before your scheduled cleaning to tidy up a little. This will allow our cleaners to devote all of their time in your home to cleaning which will result in giving you the best value for money. We are here to assist you so please contact us to discuss your individual preferences.

Who has access to the keys to my home?

Surrey Cleaning Angels’ cleaners who clean your home are the only people who have access to the keys. In order to provide security keys are always kept separate.

Who do I contact if I want additional cleaning service or if I want to change or cancel my cleaning?

Please contact Surrey Cleaning Angels, giving at least 24 hours notice of your requirements.

What if something gets broken when my home is cleaned?

We treat your home with the greatest care; however, should an accident or breakage occur while we are in your home, we will contact you as soon as possible and we will make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced if it cannot be repaired.
